The Cable Elevated Row targets the upper back muscles and the rear deltoids. It is an effective exercise for developing back musculature and improving posture. By rowing with elevated handles, it engages the back muscles while minimizing lower back strain.
How to do it
- Sit on the bench with feet flat and knees slightly bent.
- Grasp the V Bar Attachment with both hands and sit upright.
- Pull the handle towards your chest, squeezing shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return to the start position, maintaining control.
- Repeat for desired reps while keeping core engaged.
