How to do it

  1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart and arms extended sideways.
  2. Shift weight to one leg, bending the knee slightly while keeping the other leg straight.
  3. Bounce lightly, tapping the inner thigh with the opposite hand.
  4. Return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
  5. Maintain a steady rhythm and engage your core throughout the exercise.
