The Butterfly Yoga Flaps exercise targets the inner thigh muscles through a seated position where the feet are together, and the knees open outwards. It enhances flexibility in the hip region and promotes relaxation.
How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your back straight and bring the soles of your feet together.
- Hold your feet with your hands and gently pull them towards your pelvis.
- Gently flap your knees up and down like a butterfly's wings.
- Breathe deeply and practice for a few minutes, focusing on relaxing the hips.
