The Butterfly Yoga Flaps exercise targets the inner thigh muscles through a seated position where the feet are together, and the knees open outwards. It enhances flexibility in the hip region and promotes relaxation.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with your back straight and bring the soles of your feet together.
  2. Hold your feet with your hands and gently pull them towards your pelvis.
  3. Gently flap your knees up and down like a butterfly's wings.
  4. Breathe deeply and practice for a few minutes, focusing on relaxing the hips.
