How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet together.
- Hold your feet with your hands and sit up straight.
- Gently press your knees towards the floor with your elbows to deepen the stretch.
- Hold the position for 20-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
- Release and repeat as needed.
