The Butterfly Stretch is a seated exercise that improves flexibility and mobility in the inner thighs and hips. It's a gentle stretch that helps to open the hips and enhance overall lower body flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet together.
  2. Hold your feet with your hands and sit up straight.
  3. Gently press your knees towards the floor with your elbows to deepen the stretch.
  4. Hold the position for 20-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
  5. Release and repeat as needed.
