How to do it

  1. Position a barbell into a landmine holder and stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the end of the barbell with both hands, keeping your chest up and back straight.
  3. Lower your hips into a squat position, ensuring your thighs are parallel to the ground.
  4. Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
  5. Maintain a tight core throughout the movement to ensure balance.
