The Quick Sumo Quarter Squat is a dynamic lower body exercise that targets the quadriceps and glutes through a partial squat movement. It focuses on rapid movement, enhancing power and coordination. This exercise is ideal for building strength and endurance in the lower body with a wide stance that also engages inner thigh muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, pointing toes slightly outward.
  2. Keep chest up and core engaged, lowering hips slightly into a quarter squat.
  3. Push through heels to raise quickly back to starting position.
  4. Repeat with a controlled and quick pace, keeping the movement partial.
  5. Maintain proper alignment throughout the exercise.
