How to do it
- Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, pointing toes slightly outward.

- Push through heels to raise quickly back to starting position.
- Repeat with a controlled and quick pace, keeping the movement partial.
- Maintain proper alignment throughout the exercise.
