How to do it
- Adjust the seat and pads of the Thigh Adductor Machine to your height.
- Sit with your back against the pad and place your feet on the footrests.
- Position your legs outside the pads and grasp the handles.
- Push the pads inward using your legs, bringing them together.
- Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the movement.
