How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, place one hand on a bench for support.
- Hold a weighted bottle in the other hand, bend forward at the hips.
- Keep the back straight, elbow at 90 degrees, arm close to the body.
- Extend the arm fully backward by straightening the elbow.
- Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
