The Bodyweight Windmill Cut is a dynamic exercise that targets the core and improves flexibility and balance. It involves a rotational movement that engages the abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower body muscles while enhancing coordination and stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and raise one arm above your head.
  2. Twist your torso as you lower the raised arm across your body towards the opposite foot.
  3. Keep the back straight and engage the core as you rotate and extend the other arm upwards.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement on the other side.
