The Bodyweight Windmill Cut is a dynamic exercise that targets the core and improves flexibility and balance. It involves a rotational movement that engages the abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower body muscles while enhancing coordination and stability.
How to do it
- Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and raise one arm above your head.
- Twist your torso as you lower the raised arm across your body towards the opposite foot.
- Keep the back straight and engage the core as you rotate and extend the other arm upwards.
- Return to the starting position and repeat the movement on the other side.
