Bodyweight Standing Shrug

The standing shrug is a bodyweight exercise aimed at strengthening the upper trapezius muscles. It involves elevating the shoulders while keeping the arms at the sides, promoting better posture and shoulder stability.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart and arms relaxed at your sides.
- Engage your core to maintain a stable posture.
- Lift your shoulders upwards towards your ears, keeping your arms straight.
- Hold the top position briefly, then slowly lower your shoulders back down.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
