The Bodyweight Lying Leg Curl is an effective exercise focusing on the hamstrings using only bodyweight. It involves bending the knees while lying prone, which helps strengthen the hamstrings without the need for additional equipment.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on the floor, keeping your hands under your chin for support.
  2. Keep legs straight and fully extended before starting the movement.
  3. Bend your knees, bringing your heels towards your buttocks, and squeeze the hamstrings.
  4. Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position to complete one repetition.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining controlled movements.
