How to do it
- Lie face down on the floor, keeping your hands under your chin for support.
- Keep legs straight and fully extended before starting the movement.
- Bend your knees, bringing your heels towards your buttocks, and squeeze the hamstrings.
- Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position to complete one repetition.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining controlled movements.
