Bodyweight Kneeling Triceps Extension
Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The kneeling bodyweight triceps extension targets the triceps brachii by using your bodyweight as resistance while in a kneeling position. This exercise helps to build arm strength and improve muscle definition in the upper arm.
How to do it
- Start on your knees with your hands placed shoulder-width apart on the ground.
- Position your body so your forearms are flat on the ground, supporting your weight.
- Push through your forearms to extend your elbows and raise your body, fully engaging the triceps.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining tension in the triceps throughout.
