The kneeling bodyweight triceps extension targets the triceps brachii by using your bodyweight as resistance while in a kneeling position. This exercise helps to build arm strength and improve muscle definition in the upper arm.

How to do it

  1. Start on your knees with your hands placed shoulder-width apart on the ground.
  2. Position your body so your forearms are flat on the ground, supporting your weight.
  3. Push through your forearms to extend your elbows and raise your body, fully engaging the triceps.
  4. Slowly lower back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining tension in the triceps throughout.
