Bent-over shoulder pendulum is an exercise aimed at improving shoulder mobility and stability. The motion involves swinging the arm in circles or a pendulum motion, which helps in releasing tension and enhancing flexibility in the shoulder area.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and bend forward at the hips.
  2. Place one hand on a bench for support, allowing your other arm to hang straight down.
  3. Gently swing your hanging arm in small circles or in a pendulum motion.
  4. Maintain a relaxed posture and let momentum move the arm naturally.
  5. Perform the motion for the desired duration or repetitions.
