How to do it
- Position yourself on all fours with hands and knees on a bench, keeping your back straight.
- Engage your core and slowly extend one leg straight back while keeping your hips stable.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
