The Barbell Seated Twist on a Stability Ball is a core-strengthening exercise that targets the obliques and improves overall core stability. Performing the twist while seated on a stability ball enhances balance and engages additional muscle groups.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a balance ball and hold a barbell across your upper back with both hands.
  2. Engage your core and sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor.
  3. Slowly twist your torso to one side as far as comfortably possible.
  4. Return to the center, then twist to the opposite side.
  5. Repeat the movement, maintaining controlled breathing and form.
