This exercise combines a barbell pullover with a press, targeting both chest and arm muscles while also engaging the shoulders and core for stabilization. It is useful for developing upper body strength and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on a bench with your feet planted on the ground.
  2. Hold the barbell with a shoulder-width grip above your chest.
  3. Lower the barbell behind your head, maintaining control.
  4. Bring the barbell back to the chest position and press it upward.
  5. Repeat the pullover and press sequence smoothly.
