How to do it
- Set the barbell at shoulder height on the squat rack.
- Position yourself under the bar with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lift the bar from the rack, stepping back.
- Lower your body by bending knees and hips, keeping your back straight.
- Push through your heels to return to standing.
