A squat variation focusing on both core and lower body strength. It involves sitting down on a platform and then rising back up, enhancing balance and muscular endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand in front of a bench with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lower yourself by bending at the hips and knees.
  3. Touch the bench lightly with your glutes.
  4. Engage your core and push through your heels to stand back up.
  5. Repeat for desired reps.
