How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, barbell over mid-foot.
- Grip the bar with both hands slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Hinge at hips and knees, keeping back straight and chest up.
- Lift the bar by straightening hips and knees, standing tall.
- Lower the bar with control to the starting position.
