The Band Two-Leg Calf Raise is a strength exercise focused on developing the calf muscles. Standing with both feet on a resistance band, the bands are held in each hand to provide resistance as you raise your heels off the ground, targeting lower leg strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, and place a resistance band under both feet.
  2. Hold the ends of the band in each hand, ensuring tension in the band.
  3. Press through the balls of your feet and lift your heels as high as possible.
  4. Pause for a moment at the top, then slowly lower your heels back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
