Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The Band Two-Leg Calf Raise is a strength exercise focused on developing the calf muscles. Standing with both feet on a resistance band, the bands are held in each hand to provide resistance as you raise your heels off the ground, targeting lower leg strength and stability.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, and place a resistance band under both feet.
- Hold the ends of the band in each hand, ensuring tension in the band.
- Press through the balls of your feet and lift your heels as high as possible.
- Pause for a moment at the top, then slowly lower your heels back to the starting position.
