How to do it
- Sit on the ground with legs extended in front of you.
- Keep your back straight and reach forward with your hands.
- Grasp the toes and gently pull them towards your body.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
- Release slowly and repeat with the other leg if needed.
