How to do it
- Attach a resistance band to a low anchor point.
- Stand sideways to the anchor, holding the band with both hands.
- Step away to create tension, with knees slightly bent.
- Twist your torso upward diagonally, extending your arms.
- Return to the start position with control and repeat.
