How to do it

  1. Stand on the resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the band handles with palms facing down.
  3. Keep elbows close to your body.
  4. Curl the band upward by flexing your elbows.
  5. Lower the band back to the starting position slowly.
