The Cable Hammer Curl with rope attachment targets the brachialis and brachioradialis muscles, promoting arm strength and size. This exercise uses a cable machine to provide constant resistance throughout the movement.
How to do it
- Attach the rope to the low pulley of a cable machine.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the rope with a neutral grip.
- Keep elbows close to your sides and curl the rope towards your shoulders.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the rope back to the starting position.
