The Cable Hammer Curl with rope attachment targets the brachialis and brachioradialis muscles, promoting arm strength and size. This exercise uses a cable machine to provide constant resistance throughout the movement.

How to do it

  1. Attach the rope to the low pulley of a cable machine.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the rope with a neutral grip.
  3. Keep elbows close to your sides and curl the rope towards your shoulders.
  4. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly lower the rope back to the starting position.
