The Dumbbell Standing Reverse Curl targets the forearm muscles and improves grip strength. It involves lifting dumbbells with a reverse grip, which helps in developing the brachioradialis and other muscles in the forearms.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells with an overhand grip.
  2. Keep elbows close to your torso and curl the weights upwards by bending at the elbows.
  3. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
