The Band Squat Twist is a dynamic exercise combining a squat and twisting motion to engage the core and lower body. It's great for improving rotational power, stability, and overall functional strength.

How to do it

  1. Anchor a resistance band at chest height.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the band with both hands.
  3. Perform a squat while twisting your torso to the side.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat, twisting to the opposite side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of reps.
