The Band Squat Twist is a dynamic exercise combining a squat and twisting motion to engage the core and lower body. It's great for improving rotational power, stability, and overall functional strength.
How to do it
- Anchor a resistance band at chest height.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the band with both hands.
- Perform a squat while twisting your torso to the side.
- Return to the starting position and repeat, twisting to the opposite side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of reps.
