The EZ Bar Legs Side Pull in Sit-Up targets core muscles through a dynamic rotational movement. This exercise combines an oblique twist with a stabilization component, enhancing trunk strength and balance.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the ground with knees bent and hold an EZ Barbell close to your chest.
  2. Lean back slightly, keeping your core engaged and feet off the floor.
  3. Rotate your torso to one side, pulling the bar across your body.
  4. Return to the center, then rotate to the opposite side.
  5. Continue alternating sides in a controlled manner.
