The EZ Bar Legs Side Pull in Sit-Up targets core muscles through a dynamic rotational movement. This exercise combines an oblique twist with a stabilization component, enhancing trunk strength and balance.
How to do it
- Sit on the ground with knees bent and hold an EZ Barbell close to your chest.
- Lean back slightly, keeping your core engaged and feet off the floor.
- Rotate your torso to one side, pulling the bar across your body.
- Return to the center, then rotate to the opposite side.
- Continue alternating sides in a controlled manner.
