The Band Narrow Grip High Row targets the upper back and rear shoulders, helping improve posture and back strength. This exercise involves pulling a resistance band towards the face with a narrow grip, engaging the upper back muscles.

How to do it

  1. Attach a resistance band to a high anchor point.
  2. Stand facing the band with feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Grasp the band with both hands, keeping your arms extended.
  4. Pull the band towards your face, bending the elbows and squeezing the shoulder blades.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
