How to do it

  1. Lie face down on an incline bench, holding dumbbells in each hand.
  2. Extend your arms downward, palms facing each other.
  3. Engage your core and swing your arms outward and upwards.
  4. Lift your arms until they are parallel to the ground.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
