How to do it
- Position one knee and hand on a bench for support, keeping your back straight.
- Grasp a dumbbell with your other hand, palm facing inward.
- Lift the dumbbell towards your torso by retracting your shoulder blade and bending your elbow.
- Pause briefly at the top, then lower the dumbbell back down with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
