The Dumbbell Rear Delt Row focuses on strengthening the posterior deltoid and upper back muscles. This exercise helps improve shoulder stability and posture while enhancing upper body pulling strength.

How to do it

  1. Position one knee and hand on a bench for support, keeping your back straight.
  2. Grasp a dumbbell with your other hand, palm facing inward.
  3. Lift the dumbbell towards your torso by retracting your shoulder blade and bending your elbow.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, then lower the dumbbell back down with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
