The Band Low Chest Fly targets the pectorals, specifically focusing on the lower portion by performing a fly motion from a low starting point. This exercise enhances muscle definition and strength in the chest, with a secondary emphasis on stabilizing muscles.

How to do it

  1. Anchor the resistance band low and stand facing away, holding the handles.
  2. Position your feet in a staggered stance for balance.
  3. Extend your arms out to the sides with a slight bend in the elbows.
  4. Bring the handles together in front of you, squeezing the chest.
  5. Slowly return to the start position, keeping tension in the band.
