The Band Horizontal Pallof Press is an anti-rotation exercise that targets the core, particularly the obliques. It helps develop stability and strength in the trunk while preventing unwanted rotation during functional movements.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, parallel to the anchor point.
  2. Hold a resistance band with both hands centered on your chest.
  3. Press the band straight out in front of you while maintaining core tension.
  4. Hold briefly, resist rotation, and return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
