The band front raise is an isolation exercise focusing on shoulder strength, primarily targeting the anterior deltoids. It effectively strengthens and stabilizes the shoulder joint, improving posture and enhancing overall shoulder development.

How to do it

  1. Stand on a resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the band handles with an overhand grip.
  3. Keep arms straight and lift them to shoulder height.
  4. Slowly lower the arms back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
