The dumbbell seated front raise is a shoulder exercise that primarily targets the muscles in the front of the shoulder. How to do it
- Sit on a bench with your back straight, holding dumbbells in each hand with palms facing down.
- Keep your feet flat on the ground and brace your core.
- Raise the dumbbells to shoulder height in front of you with a controlled movement.
- Hold briefly at the top, then lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
- Ensure your arms are slightly bent and avoid using momentum to lift the weights.
