Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The band-assisted chin-up from the knee is a variation of the chin-up that uses a resistance band to reduce the load during the upward movement, making it more accessible. This exercise strengthens the back, arms, and improves overall upper body strength and coordination.
How to do it
- Attach a Resistance Band to a Pull Up Bar and loop the other end around your knee.
- Grip the bar with palms facing you, shoulder-width apart.
- Engage your core and pull yourself up until your chin is over the bar.
- Lower yourself back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
