How to do it

  1. Begin by standing upright with one hand holding onto a support for balance.
  2. Swing one leg forward and backward in a smooth, controlled motion.
  3. Keep the swinging leg straight, and maintain a straight posture.
  4. Repeat the motion for the desired number of swings, then switch legs.
