How to do it
- Hold a kettlebell in each hand with arms relaxed at your sides.
- Stand beside a step or bench and place one foot on it.
- Push through the foot on the step to lift your body up.
- Step down with control and repeat on the other side.
- Maintain a straight posture throughout the movement.
