The high knee lunge on a Bosu Ball is a balance and coordination exercise that enhances strength and stability. It primarily targets the muscles in the lower body while engaging the core for balance. The dynamic motion improves proprioception and challenges the stabilizing muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand on the Bosu Ball with one foot, keeping the other leg lifted.
  2. Step forward into a lunge with the lifted leg, bending both knees.
  3. Push back to the starting position, maintaining balance throughout.
  4. Repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions.
  5. Switch legs and perform the exercise on the other side.
