How to do it
- Stand on the Bosu Ball with one foot, keeping the other leg lifted.
- Step forward into a lunge with the lifted leg, bending both knees.
- Push back to the starting position, maintaining balance throughout.
- Repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions.
- Switch legs and perform the exercise on the other side.
