How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with your arms extended above your head and legs straight.
- Simultaneously lift your arms and legs as you engage your core, forming a V shape with your body.
- Hold the position, keeping your core tight and balancing on your buttocks.
- Ensure your lower back remains off the ground and maintain steady breathing.
- Lower your arms and legs back to the starting position with control.
