The V-Up Hold is a core stabilization exercise that targets the abdominal muscles, enhancing stability and balance. It involves holding a V-shaped position with arms and legs extended off the ground, which helps build endurance in the core muscles.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with your arms extended above your head and legs straight.
  2. Simultaneously lift your arms and legs as you engage your core, forming a V shape with your body.
  3. Hold the position, keeping your core tight and balancing on your buttocks.
  4. Ensure your lower back remains off the ground and maintain steady breathing.
  5. Lower your arms and legs back to the starting position with control.
