How to do it
- Kneel on the floor with a barbell in front of you.
- Grip the barbell with both hands shoulder-width apart.
- Engage your core and slowly roll the barbell forward.
- Extend as far as comfortable while keeping your core tight.
- Roll back to the starting position, maintaining control.
