The Triceps Press involves leaning forward into a bar while bending at the elbows. It primarily targets the triceps, enhancing upper arm strength.
How to do it
- Set the bar at chest height.
- Stand facing the bar, gripping it with both hands, arms shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your body straight and lean forward, bending the elbows to lower your chest toward the bar.
- Push back up by extending your arms to the starting position.
- Maintain a tight core throughout the movement.
