The Triceps Press involves leaning forward into a bar while bending at the elbows. It primarily targets the triceps, enhancing upper arm strength.

How to do it

  1. Set the bar at chest height.
  2. Stand facing the bar, gripping it with both hands, arms shoulder-width apart.
  3. Keep your body straight and lean forward, bending the elbows to lower your chest toward the bar.
  4. Push back up by extending your arms to the starting position.
  5. Maintain a tight core throughout the movement.
