How to do it

  1. Stand inside a trap bar with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Bend at the knees and hips to grip the handles firmly.
  3. Lift the trap bar by straightening your legs and back.
  4. Walk forward steadily, keeping your core engaged and back straight.
  5. After the set distance, lower the bar gently to the ground.
