The Suspender Squat is a compound lower body exercise that utilizes suspension equipment to engage the quadriceps, glutes, and core. It requires balance and stability, making it effective for overall lower body strength and functional fitness.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the suspension system, holding the handles with arms bent.
  2. Lean slightly back while keeping the core engaged and feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Lower into a squat position, with knees tracking over toes.
  4. Push through the heels to return to starting position, maintaining tension in the straps.
