The Leg Over Knee Glute Bridge is an effective exercise to target the glute muscles while also engaging the lower back and core. It helps in improving hip strength and stability by isolating one side at a time, promoting muscular balance.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat, cross one ankle over the opposite knee.
  2. Press through the heel of the grounded foot, lifting your hips towards the ceiling.
  3. Squeeze the glutes at the top and hold briefly before lowering back down.
