The Suspender Rear Lunge is a compound leg exercise that enhances balance, strength, and coordination. This movement targets the quadriceps and glutes while engaging core muscles for stability. It effectively increases lower body power and improves functional fitness.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright holding suspension handles with arms slightly bent.
  2. Step one leg back into a deep lunge, ensuring the front knee stays over the ankle.
  3. Drive through the front heel to return to standing position, maintaining tension on the suspension.
  4. Repeat with the other leg in a controlled manner.
