How to do it

  1. Stand facing the anchor point, holding the suspension handles with your arms bent.
  2. Step back with one foot across the midline of your body into a diagonal lunge.
  3. Keep your front knee aligned with your toes and maintain an upright torso.
  4. Push through your front heel to return to start, alternating sides.
