The Suspender Inverted Row is a bodyweight exercise targeting the back muscles. It enhances upper body strength and stability, engaging the core for balance. Ideal for improving posture and developing a strong back, it is a versatile exercise performed using suspension straps.

How to do it

  1. Anchor suspension straps securely at an elevated point.
  2. Hold the handles with an overhand grip, leaning back with your body straight.
  3. Pull your chest towards the handles while keeping elbows close to your body.
  4. Lower back slowly to the starting position, maintaining core engaged.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
