How to do it
- Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width, toes slightly outward.
- Lower into a squat, keeping your chest up and knees over toes.
- As you rise, lift one knee to the side, engaging your core.
- Return to the squat position and repeat on the opposite side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired reps.
