The Sumo Hip Twist Stretch is a dynamic flexibility exercise that targets the hip flexors and groin area. It helps improve hip mobility and stretches the inner thighs, aiding in enhanced range of motion and preventing tightness.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outward.
  2. Bend your knees and lower into a squat position, keeping your back straight.
  3. Place your hands on your thighs for support.
  4. Twist your torso to one side, keeping your hips stable.
  5. Hold for a few seconds, return to the center, and twist to the other side.
