How to do it
- Stand in front of a chair with feet hip-width apart.
- Place one foot firmly on the chair seat, ensuring stability.
- Press through the heel to lift your body up onto the chair.
- Bring the opposite foot up to meet the standing foot.
- Step back down carefully and repeat on the other leg.
